# Cron Job: Morning Briefing

**Job ID:** 0ae7baffc114
**Run Time:** 2026-07-27 07:01:00
**Schedule:** 0 7 * * *

## Prompt

[IMPORTANT: You are running as a scheduled cron job. DELIVERY: Your final response will be automatically delivered to the user — do NOT use send_message or try to deliver the output yourself. Just produce your report/output as your final response and the system handles the rest. SILENT: If there is genuinely nothing new to report, respond with exactly "[SILENT]" (nothing else) to suppress delivery. Never combine [SILENT] with content — either report your findings normally, or say [SILENT] and nothing more.]

Send the morning briefing ONLY via email (Apple iCloud SMTP). No WhatsApp delivery.

Steps:
1. Execute a Python script via terminal() that constructs and sends an email via Apple iCloud SMTP (smtp://caldav.icloud.com:587, STARTTLS).
2. The email must be sent TO: sage.stockmans@pm.me
3. The email FROM address should be your iCloud email address (the one matching the Apple ID credentials stored in the environment).
4. Source the Apple ID password from the APPLE_ID_PASSWORD environment variable.
5. Source the Apple app-specific password from the APPLE_APP_PASSWORD environment variable.
6. Generate the morning briefing content in the Python script: weather for Brussels, a "For her" compliment for Caoil Heather Dezeure, and a brief tech news summary.
7. Use smtplib to send the email with subject "Morning Briefing".
8. Print confirmation of send success or failure.
9. Do NOT attempt WhatsApp delivery.

If credentials are missing, print an error and exit without sending.
